Introduction

Hello, today’s topic is very important for everyone.

Because the topic of today, which I will write and tell the rule. Anyone can implement it in their life. This is for everyone people and this thing will bring a lot of change in life. In a short time you will start seeing a lot of change in your life, but you must implement any one habit in your life. It is for you people. Why is it more important? Whatever habit is in your life. The more you have done the more than the success, the stronger it will be.

Keep in mind that no matter how much you read, you will follow the habit , no matter how many good books you read, but you will follow the habit, no matter how many thoughts you do, the habit will survive and the thoughts will remain where they were. Therefore, if you want to make your life worth it, then adopt these habits in your life. It will make your life better, just read it, practice it in your life. You know that everyone has learned everything but does not implement it in their life till the result. You go somewhere, you can do whatever you want in your life, but your constant practice will make your life clean, life is very precious, don’t waste it. It will never come again.

ex:- Whenever you eat food or anything else, does the coordination between your hands and mouth ever get disturbed, even if you eat in the dark? Night or day, darkness is somewhere else but the combination of hand and mouth sometimes deteriorates direct. It goes direct in the mouth because you have to compete with him every day. So he has become so strong that you never have to do that. You can add any habits to your life with the help of these two points and you can also remove them from your life just look at these points carefully

 

       

Add new habits in 21 days.

Learn any new habit only for 21 days and follow it regularly till it gets incorporated into your habit. You can learn any habit but you will have to follow it regularly for 21 days till it gets added to your life.  If you also want, you will be forced to do it, then your self will force you to do it for ex:-wakeup early in the morning, exercise per day, limit time use social media, any another habit etc. This is the way you can add any new habit and if you want to master it completely then do it regularly for 42 days so that it will work as per your instructions. 

Remove old habits 42 days.

 It takes a little time to remove old habits because you have spent a lot of time in creating them, but it doesn’t take much time for 42 days to make them regular.  It habits will be remove but they have to regular.  There should not be a gap of even a single day otherwise you will have to start again once you have done this then those old habits will continue forever. This is important, you should also do this and you will be successful in your life.

*If you adopt even one good habit, you will see how much change it will bring in your life. How good you will feel, you will get a different love from your walk. If you definitely adopt it, your future will be fine.
